What assistance can I expect?
From 30th August 2024 our after hours help email is no longer staffed or monitored.
We will touch base with you on the next working day to follow up, we have a number of urgent appointments during the week to visit you if a visit is required.
A range of assistance is available via an automatic reply that will give you remedy's to a good portion of potential problems.
This email address will be checked each business day morning and you will receive a call from our technician to ensure that you are either up and running or if you require a technician to visit your home.
